Loddon Doors became a member of the Automatic Door Installer Association in 2019 enabling us to ensure our engineers to beocme quailified under BS EN16005 through the courses opereated by the association.

The experienced team of door service engineers at Loddon Doors were pleased to welcome a new member to the team in November 2019.

The experience gained in previous roles will be an asset to the company in the coming years.

The experienced team of door service engineers at Loddon Doors were pleased to welcome two new members to the ranks over the last couple of months.

It will be a new challenge to adapt but with experienced engineers on hand to provide assistance when required they can both look forward to developing a new range of skills to use in their future careers.

Loddon Doors sponsor Reading Sharks Skater Hockey

Loddon Doors are pleased to provide support to the Reading Sharks Skater Hockey team to help them get new shirts.

They are a skater hockey club for 7 – 14 year olds based in Reading, Berkshire.

Skater hockey is hockey on skates (either inlines or quads.) It’s like ice hockey but is played indoors in a sports hall or rink or outdoors on a court. It can be played with either a ball or a puck and is fast, fun and great exercise. They train weekly at Bulmershe Leisure Centre weekly.

Loddon Flood Doors put to the test

Loddon Flood doors were put to the test by the BRE at their test facility and passed with fling colours.

The steel doors which are also fire rated up to 4 hours were tested under the PAS {} protocol which allows a certain amount of leakage through the door over a given period of time.
